1. Attendance – if you are going to miss a rehearsal, please email attendance@universitychorus.org.uk in advance. Your membership of Chorus may be in jeopardy should you miss more than 3 Thursday rehearsals.
2. As we are over-subscribed this season, anybody with a membership number over 280 cannot be guaranteed the opportunity to sing in the concert.
3. Chorus emails – if you have not received any emails from Chorus with [Members] in the subject line, please check your junk mail folder. Should you still be having problems, please contact Jonathan Crass.
4. Coffee and Cake Social – October 17th after the first Saturday rehearsal from 1-3pm in G16. Please bring lots of cakes, biscuits and other snacks. Coffee and Tea will be available, and all donations will go to Chorus funds. There will also be a string quartet.
5. We ask for a £2 donation to cover the cost of Orange Juice provided for members in the rehearsal breaks. This is for the whole year. Please donate next rehearsal if you were unable to this time.
6. Please make sure that at the end of rehearsals you leave the Martin Harris Centre quickly to allow the porters to lock the building.
