1. A huge thanks to all of you who came to Jabez Clegg last Thursday after the rehearsal. The bar staff apologise to those of you who had to wait at the bar to be served. However, the good news is that we now have 25% discount there using Chorus membership cards. We hope that as many of you as possible will continue to join us there every Thursday evening after the rehearsal.
2. As was mentioned last week, tickets for the December concerts are now on sale, priced £12, £8, £5. They are available from G16 in the rehearsal break, the Martin Harris Centre Box Office (boxoffice@manchester.ac.uk; 0161 275 8951; 2-4pm Monday – Friday) and from Quaytickets.com. Please encourage people to start buying – we don’t want to have the same panic as last December!
3. We now have some of the posters and flyers for the December concerts – please take as many as you feel you can put up in places where they will be visible and noticed. A4 posters will be available next week. We will be asking for volunteers to help flyer soon.
4. If you have still not received any emails from Chorus please speak to Ellie, the membership secretary, in G16 in the break.
5. If you arrive last and miss the registers before the rehearsal, please register in G16 in the break.
6. We can now confirm that those with membership numbers up to and including 290 can sing in the December concerts.
